Thrive T-Shirt Apparel take great pride in having a quality products, therefore all orders are fully inspected and handled with care, however we are human and mistakes happens. In the event a mistake was made on our part we will happily exchange an item for the exact same item.
There is a 72 hour exchange notification policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your order to request an exchange via email.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Subject to 20% restocking fee.
