Refund policy

Thrive T-Shirt Apparel take great pride in having a quality product, therefore all orders are fully inspected and handled with care, however we are human and mistakes happens.

In the event a mistake was made on our part we will happily exchange an item for the exact same item or corrected item in the event the wrong item was sent to you, our valued customer. Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it! 

No RETURNS Allowed. There is a 72 hour exchange notification policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your order to request a same item, size exchange via email. 

To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. It would much helpful if you include pictures or video of the issue if needed.

To start an exchange, you must first contact us at thrive@thrivetshirt.com . Instructions on how and where to send your package will be determined. Also, it will be determined if you will be responsible for postage. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted and you will be responsible if it's lost or stolen.

Damages and Other Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, again contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions
Unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges or returns on any sale items, special buys or promotions. 

Exchanges
When exchange is accepted you must return the item you have first before a replacement is sent.
