CARE INSTRUCTIONS: Machine wash inside out in cold water with like colors. Use non-chlorine bleach, tumble dry on low heat, and use a medium iron if necessary, but avoid ironing over decorations. Please refrain from dry cleaning. Our products are ethically made with no involvement in sweatshops, and we prioritize eco-friendly practices.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: We strive to provide accurate representations of our product, but the dynamic nature of lighting can impact the visual perception of colors and details which may cause the actual product to appear slightly different from the images depicted in some photos. This difference is particularly noticeable in our cut quartz crystal items, as photographs cannot fully capture the true brilliance of the crystals.

EXCHANGE/RETURN POLICY:
Thrive T-Shirt Apparel take great pride in having a quality products, therefore all orders are fully inspected and handled with care, however we are human and mistakes happens. In the event a mistake was made on our part we will happily exchange an item for the exact same item.
There is a 72 hour exchange notification policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your order to request an exchange via email.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Subject to 20% restocking fee.
To start an exchange, you must first contact us at info.thrivetshirtapparel@gmail.com Unfortunately, items sent back to us without first getting a exchange agreement with us will not be accepted.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges on sale items.
EXCHANGES:
When exchange is accepted you must return the item you have first before a replacement is sent. Return postage is not provided.
